Aquaduct Plumbing Services safety procedures are always one of our top priorities, and we want to reassure you that we are taking the necessary steps to protect our clients, employees, and community. Aquaduct Plumbing Services is also closely monitoring the COVID-19 virus recommendations from IDPH, CDC, and WHO. We are also closely watching our local government recommendations.
We have all employees taking the following steps:
We will come to your home, sanitized with sanitizer on our hands and notify you at the door upon greeting you (no handshaking) that we’ve done so.
- We have and always will be wearing boot covers upon entering your home or business.
- We will also be putting rubber gloves on upon greeting at the door (no handshaking). To protect you, your family or your business, the gloves will remain on throughout the entire visit.
- If requested to do so, we will wear masks. Please note that CDC rules indicate that masks are for the sick and affected only.
- Our employees have been instructed to remain home if sick.
*Please note: we are fully stocked with these items, in every truck. We are ready and prepared to service your needs.

- We will do all we can to service you as quickly and professionally as we can. We ask you to please understand that delays on the phone and in providing service in your home may be unavoidable.
